I believe as Christians we should get involved in selecting leaders for the purposes of God to be fulfilled.  Praying for the electoral process is very vital.  I don't believe we should wait for a leader to be selected before we move into obedient prayer for those in authority.  There is a great need for leaders in our Nation who understand and lead according to God's righteous standards, who can help reduce the attack of religious liberties in our land.

Ask the Lord to thwart the efforts of those who would remove religious freedom from our nation and states.

Pray for wisdom for voters and a safe and fair election.

Pray for the candidates that we look up to, not to lose sight of what’s most important to God.

Ask the Lord to remove those who might try to unjustly and illegally change the outcome of the voting.

Pray that the candidates will take brave stands for righteousness, even when it may not be well received.

1 Timothy 2:1-2 (NKJV) "Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence."

As you pray for the upcoming elections, pray for the ministry as well.  We need the Lord's intervention in what we are striving to do.  Getting more subscribers and support for Eagles Saving Nations.  Pray we get new staff for different areas where we are lacking expertise.  Lastly, pray for a financial breakthrough for the ministry to accommodate the new staff and the missions at hand.
