Dear intercessors,
There is a principle I have learned this week, an expectation for saints to walk in the newness of life which is tied to the Spirit of Glory that raised Jesus from the dead. It is the Spirit that quickens our mortal bodies to be able to experience supernatural things, to walk in wisdom and know the mind of God for a certain matter. It is quite difficult to fulfill God’s expectation of man unless we are quickened. There are things that naturally men cannot do unless it is by divine empowerment. To quicken is “to cause to come alive or to be 'activated' ”. Haven’t you noticed sometimes when we begin to pray or read the bible the flesh fights back, the mind starts to wander off or we fall asleep? Deep matters pertaining us to forgiving the worst of things done to us is not simple, but by the grace given to us the Spirit of God to release these issues from our heart.
Romans 6:4
"Therefore we are buried with Him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life."
Psalms 80:18
"So will not we go back from thee: quicken us, and we will call upon thy name."
John 6:63
"It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life."
It is a provision, by the knowledge that the enablement is by His Spirit, as the verse that goes “not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the Lord.” As we venture in effectual prayer and deep understanding of the secrets revealed in His word, we must ask the Holy Spirit to quicken us.

Please remember, we need to raise some additional money to update our television equipment and have a new website built. The staff has sacrificed by giving $4,400 and we still need to raise another $15,600. We need your intercession so this comes in and we can continue to sound the alarm in these very dangerous times, as prophecy is daily coming to pass. Please pray with me and even give toward this need as the Lord directs.
Blessings with love, Jonathan Hansen
