On Wednesday February 21, 1996 at 2334hrs., I received the following word from the Lord for President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni of Uganda:
"Museveni, Museveni you had depended upon yourself but the hour is coming when by yourself you will fail. Look to me, look to me. I have never forsook you although you have forsook me. Look unto me for I want to renew your faith. You seek in other gods but they are temporary and their power fails. Turn back to me for I am eternal and I cannot fail."
